Skilled welder and fabricator who developed his craft through Columbia City High School's CTE program before joining the team.

Ben got his start in the welding program at Columbia City High School, where he interned with Microtech Welding and signed on as an official employee during Industry Signing Day in 2023. He helps fill the welding and fabrication roles on Shar's shop floor.
