Manufacturing Technician – Fabrication & Assembly Position Available
We're seeking a skilled and hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Shar Systems. This full-time role involves fabricating, assembling, and packaging precision equipment for industrial mixer production, working from engineering drawings to finished, quality-inspected components.
Ideal Candidates:
- Able to accurately read engineering drawings, blueprints & specs
- Experience operating common fabrication machinery (saws, mills, drill presses, shears, grinders)
- Proficiency with standard measuring tools and strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong basic math skills: fractions, decimals & basic geometry
- Experience with carbon steel, stainless, aluminum & crating lumber
- Preferred: MIG/TIG welding, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, forklift & crane experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate powered industrial equipment
