Our Team

Matt Wojewuczki – President

Matt has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in addition to an MBA in Finance from Western New England College.  He has over 30 years of experience with manufacturing and supply chain, including both corporate and consulting experience.  He retired as a Lt Col from the US Air Force in 2013. 

Doyle McCauley - Vice President

Doyle has dedicated his career of 25+ years in Two Step Distribution with an emphasis on customer growth, retention, and satisfaction. He attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana studying Marketing. 

Scott Smith – Senior Design Engineer

Scott has been at Shar since 1990.  He started at Shar as a draftsman and now is the head design engineer at the company.  He works diligently designing Shar products to fit the needs of our customers.  

Chris Coyne – Operations Manager 

Chris has been at Shar since 2016.  Chris attended Indiana Tech and has a bachelor's degree in management and marketing. 

Brad Brown – Machining and fabrication, Shop floor

Brad has been at Shar since 2008.  He first started as a parts cutter on the warehouse floor.  He has since moved to Shar's machining department where he serves as Shar's head machinist.   

Jim Tipsord – Electrical, Painting, Assembly, Shop floor

Jim has been at Shar since 2015.  He entered the company as an assembler.  While he still does assembly, his main focus has shifted toward electrical work such as working with motors and control panels.  Jim is a second-generation employee; his father worked at Shar for over 40 years. 

Tammy Schisler - Office Manager

Tammy has been at Shar Systems since 1990.  Tammy started at Shar as a receptionist and now is the office manager.  She does accounting, part orders, and daily office procedures.

Terry Lockwood - Manufacturing Engineer

Terry has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design Engineering Technology from Trine University in Angola Indiana.  Terry has spent much of his career working closely with the company's quality, inspection, and manufacturing departments.  

Jacob Hosler - Welding, Fabrication, Shop floor

7+ years of welding experience. Started as a student at the Fort Wayne Career Academy and was a welder at Microtech Welding for 5 years before coming to Shar and helping fill the welding and fabrication roles of the shop.

Will Lockwood - Electrical, Paint, Assembly, Shop floor

Will has been with Shar Systems since 2022.

Josh Ricks - Fabrication, Shop floor

Josh has been with Shar Systems since 2022.

Elijah Hon - Design Engineer

Elijah has been with Shar Systems since 2023.

Jennifer Schweitzer - Controller

Jen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University.

Kristin Powell - Marketing Coordinator

Kristin has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Ball State University.
