Second-generation Shar employee with broad shop floor experience and a growing focus in electrical systems.

Jim has been at Shar since 2015.  He entered the company as an assembler.  While he still does assembly, his main focus has shifted toward electrical work, such as working with motors and control panels.  Jim is a second-generation employee; his father worked at Shar for over 40 years.
