This week marks an incredible milestone - Tammy Schisler is celebrating 35 years of dedicated service at Shar Systems! From her start as a receptionist in 1990 to her current role as Office Manager, Tammy has been the steady heartbeat of our daily operations. During her tenure, she's witnessed Shar Systems grow from a small operation to a company known nationwide for industrial mixing machines and custom tank solutions.
Community Champion
As a proud Bluffton resident, Tammy stays deeply involved in her community. You'll find her cheering on her grandchildren at Bluffton High School sporting events and serving as Chairman of Parades on the Bluffton Street Fair board. And when she's not busy with work or community activities, Tammy can be found rooting for her beloved Indiana University Hoosiers!
