Shar Systems had a great time attending the Fort Wayne Community Schools (FWCS) Career Academy's first annual Welding/Manufacturing Job Fair. The students were prepared with some excellent questions, and it was a fun way to engage with the community. Our representative spoke with 80 participating students and shared some information about the welding processes required to produce the mixing equipment and tanks at Shar Systems. We are thankful for the invitation and opportunity to meet all the amazing people at the FWCS Career Academy!
