Scott joined our team in 1990 after high school, starting as a draftsman and working his way up to head design engineer. Over 35 years, he has grown alongside our company, transforming from a recent graduate into one of our most experienced and trusted leaders. Scott's three and a half decades of experience and commitment have made him a cornerstone of our team.
Last Friday, we celebrated Scott's milestone with a special pasta lunch in his honor. It was wonderful to come together as a team to recognize his contributions and the positive impact he's made on our workplace.
